Veni, Vidi, Volavi LLC ("we", "us")

This policy describes how we handle personal information on www.venividivolavi.com and campus.venividivolavi.com. The sites run on Squarespace. Checkout payments are processed by Stripe through Squarespace.

What we collect

We collect:

• your name, email address, and password when you create an account

• course progress in the Course Tracker, and scores on course finals

• order and payment status, such as what you bought and whether the payment went through

• messages you send us for support, refunds, or a Pass Guarantee claim

• cookies and basic analytics, such as pages visited and how the site is used

If you call or text (424) 480-5391, we receive the number you used and the message, and we use that number to reply.

We do not collect or store your full card number. Stripe processes the card.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• deliver courses and run your account

• take payment at checkout and keep order records

• answer support messages and process refund requests

• verify Pass Guarantee claims

• protect the site and our students

• meet legal and tax duties

If you text our business line, we use your number only to reply.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that host the site, run checkout, process payments, or send email, and only so they can do those jobs for us. Squarespace hosts the site and checkout. Stripe processes card payments.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we respond to a lawful request. If we sell or transfer the business, the buyer would receive the information needed to run it.

We do not sell personal information. We never share or sell mobile numbers, or consent to receive texts, to third parties for their marketing.

We use cookies and similar tools so you can stay signed in, so checkout can work, and so we can see basic analytics. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block them, sign-in or checkout may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as your account is open, and for as long as we need it to run the courses, handle a dispute or a Pass Guarantee claim, and keep legal or tax records. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or email is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Email zack@venividivolavi.com if you want to access, correct, or delete your information. Use the email address on your account. If you delete your account, you may lose access to courses you bought.

Marketing emails, if we send them, will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us and ask us to stop.

If a privacy law where you live gives you other choices about your data, email us and we will respond as that law requires.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have information about a child under 13, email zack@venividivolavi.com and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If the law requires additional notice, we will give it.
